NEW NATIONAL PLANNING POLICY CHANGES – Colmworth Parish Council

There are some significant changes to the way planning applications will be considered going forwards, the changes have been introduced nationally and Bedford Borough Council as the local planning authority as a result will be implementing them.

As a helpful guide to what the changes are, and what they mean for planning applications in Colmworth and the local area, the local authority have produced two useful documents to help explain the changes.
